Booking via the direst system:

• Bookings are handled through our external service provider, direst GmbH. Clicking "Book" will redirect you to their website.

 

Registration in the direst system:

• One-time registration in the direst booking system

• Verification code via email, password assignment

• Option to book all direst pitches via your login

 

Booking your pitch:

• Select pitch category according to vehicle size and date

• Add additional guests

• Select extras (electricity, dogs, etc.)

• Utility credit (for using the electricity hook-up and the showers) is determined by the system

 

Payment:

• After entering your data, you will be redirected to payment

• Payment is processed via Stripe

• Select one of the suggested payment options

• After successful payment, you will receive a confirmation including an invoice and a barcode via email

 

Arrival/Check-in:

Use your barcode to:

• Open the gate and barrier upon arrival (open from 12 pm to 10 pm!)

  • If Comfort Electricity has been booked, it will be automatically activated for your pitch upon arrival

• Use the pedestrian access around Available 24/7

• use your utility credit for showering

 

Utility Credit:

If your utility credit is running low:

• You will receive an email notification.

• You can purchase additional credit to continue using electricity.

 

Departure/Check-out:

• After departure, you will receive a detailed statement via email.

• Any unused utility credit will be refunded within 5-10 business days.

 

Cancellation:

• Should your plans change, you can cancel your booking yourself via your direst login (in accordance with our cancellation policy) up to 3 days before arrival.
